Fernando Hermes began their career at the Groupe Doux meatpacking plant at 19, where they gained extensive experience in production over three years before transitioning into industrial management for two and a half years. Following JBS's acquisition of Groupe Doux in 2012, Fernando returned to production as a Supervisor for seven years before being promoted to Coordinator in 2019. In July 2023, Fernando advanced to Gerente de Produção, and soon after became Gerente Geral at the Garibaldi unit, currently representing JBS in various facilities. Fernando holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a postgraduate degree in Leadership Development from UCS.
