Jeff Luppens

Jeff Luppens has a diverse work experience in the manufacturing and operations industry. Jeff has worked as the Director of Pricing and Supply Chain at JBS since 2018. Prior to that, from 2017 to 2018, they served as the Director of Operations at Cooper Tea Company / Third Street Tea, where they were responsible for managing various functions including manufacturing operations, customer support, logistics, and purchasing. From 2015 to 2016, they founded and directed Leadership for VPs | Directors Manufacturing Operations, where they specialized in lean manufacturing and operational metrics. Additionally, they served as the Senior Manager of External Manufacturing at Boulder Brands from 2014 to 2016 and held various roles at Syngistic, LLC from 2004 to 2015, including Principal, COO, and Managing Operations Director. Prior to that, they founded and managed Precision Access Company, Inc. from 1999 to 2004 and worked as a Manufacturing Industry Specialist at Systems Implementation Services, Inc. from 1998 to 1999. Jeff began their career at ConAgra Foods in 1990, where they were an Operations Specialist and Multidivisional Manufacturing Expert.

Jeff Luppens earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance from the University of Northern Colorado between 1986 and 1991. Jeff later obtained certifications such as Lean Culture Certified (LCC) and Six Sigma Lean Black Belt Professional (LBBP) from the Management and Strategy Institute. Additionally, they received a Better Process Control Certification from UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education. Jeff Luppens is also a Certified HACCP Practitioner, certified by the FDA in 2017.
