David C. Burdakin is currently the EVP & President of JBT AeroTech. David has previously held various positions, including President & CEO of Paladin Brands and EVP of HNI Corporation.
Burdakin has over 25 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. David began their career in 1993 as a plant manager for The HON Company. David then became the EVP of HNI Corporation in 2007 and President of The HON Company in 2012.
In January 2007, Burdakin was appointed President & CEO of Paladin Brands, a subsidiary of Dover Corporation. David successfully oversaw the sale of Paladin Brands and the transition to new ownership. After the sale, they contracted with Dover Corp. and a major Private Equity company as an independent consultant.
Burdakin has experience in a variety of areas, including acquisition candidate assessment and due diligence, post-merger integration, operations strategy development and deployment, lean implementation, compliance investigation, business simplification (80/20), product line globalization and market penetration strategy. David has completed projects in locations such as North America, Germany, Switzerland, France, Italy and China.
David C. Burdakin has an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University. David also has a CEO Perspectives Program from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.
