Jon Hocker has over 30 years of experience in the food processing industry, primarily with JBT Corporation, where roles included Chief Technology Officer for the Protein Division and Vice President and General Manager of Secondary Processing. Hocker's leadership covered automated systems and solutions, as well as directing Research and Development for new products. Previous positions include Global Product Manager at FMC Technologies and New Product Development Engineering Manager at Frigoscandia Equipment. Hocker holds an MBA in Automation and Manufacturing from the University of Washington and a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from Montana State University-Bozeman.
