In December 2022, we expanded our offering by acquiring the foodservice business of Wessex Foodbrokers Ltd. As a result, we are now a major importer and national distributor of ambient ingredients such as capers, caperberries, olives, gherkins, peppers, vinegars, anchovies, honey and other premium products from audited suppliers in Spain, Italy, Peru and beyond.
