Franco Licenziato is an experienced electrical engineer with a strong background in high voltage (HV) operations. Currently serving as an HV AP Critical Shift Engineer at JCA Engineering since November 2019, Franco previously held significant leadership roles as an HV AP Shift Leader at SPIE UK and Telehouse Europe, overseeing multiple engineering teams and facilities. Franco's expertise in managing HV networks is further supported by substantial training and certifications, including emergency first aid and specialized electrical qualifications. Franco's educational background includes studies at institutions such as the Royal Naval School of Marine and Air Engineering and Ealing and West London College.
