Paul Nelmes

Paul Nelmes is an experienced professional in the engineering and technical management sectors. Currently serving as Contract Manager at JCA Engineering since December 2018, Paul previously held the position of UK Technical Manager at Envigo from March 2006 to June 2018. In that role, Paul oversaw a team of 49 staff members across five UK sites, managing over 80 buildings within the pharmaceutical contract research industry.
