Shane Mullins

Shane Mullins is an experienced contract and project manager currently employed at JCA Engineering since April 2021. Previous roles include project supervisor and assistant contract manager at Optimum Group Services from August 2015 to April 2021, as well as site supervisor and shift engineer.
