Eileen Pronobis has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare foundation philanthropy and nonprofit management with a focus on building high-performing fundraising operations. Serving in prior positions as Susan G. Komen, Executive Director, Charlotte Affiliate and State Executive Director, North and South Carolina; Chief Development Officer, Greater Charlotte Market, Novant Health Foundation; Deputy Director, Opera Carolina, and Executive Director of Faxton-St. Luke’s Healthcare Foundation in Utica, NY.

Eileen joined JCA in March 2022 and works on a variety of consulting projects that involve system assessment, improvement, and selection. Clients include Baylor College of Medicine, the University of Toledo Foundation, St. Olaf’s College, Southwestern Law School, and Brooklyn Public Library.
