Eric Baumann has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Eric began their career as a Civil Engineer at Groupe Bouygues in 1994 and worked on various projects, including a new court house building in Halle. Eric then took on the role of Head of Technical Building Trades, where they managed heating, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical aspects of projects. In 1998, they became a Senior Project Manager, leading a group of civil engineers and overseeing multiple building and equipment projects.
In 2003, Eric joined JCDecaux SA as the Regional Operations Director, where they managed the Operations team in the East part of France. Eric was responsible for methods, productivity, quality, and compliance with deadlines. Eric also handled expense management, budget allocation, advertising posting, maintenance, and installations. After that, Eric served as the Vélib' Operations Director, where they played a significant role in defining solutions for the Public Bike system in Paris.
From 2007 to 2012, Eric worked as the Senior Project Manager and Head of Value Analysis at JCDecaux SA, where they managed project development and deployment for new and renewal contracts in France and abroad. Eric served as the entry point and coordinator between subsidiaries and headquarters, improving products through value analysis. Lastly, Eric held the position of International Operations Director at JCDecaux SA from 2012, where they provided audit, consulting, and daily operations support, particularly for digital and connected activities. Eric focused on defining and improving organizations, teams, tools, and equipment, and conducted online and face-to-face training.
Eric Baumann attended CentraleSupélec from 1991 to 1994, where they earned a degree in Multiskill Engineering with a focus on Civil Works.
