Joël Capy is currently the Responsable administratif et financier at JCDecaux France, a position held since 2015. With previous roles that include Administrateur de systèmes d'information, Joël has a background in financial management and information systems. Prior to joining JCDecaux, Joël worked at Avenir Publicité as a Correspondant Informatique & Organisation from 1996 to 2003, where they focused on the computerization of office workstations in the Grand Nord region.
