Loïc Coder

Loïc Coder is the Regional Delegate Director for JCDecaux in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region. They previously held positions at EDF and RTE Réseau de Transport d'Electricité as a public law jurist and also had a legal internship with the Mairie de Cannes. Loïc has an extensive educational background in public law, having pursued multiple degrees at Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3. They are currently continuing their studies in public business law at the same institution.
