Roberta Sirota

Roberta Sirota currently serves as Head Comercial at JCDecaux, starting in October 2023. Previously, Roberta held leadership positions at Kwai for Business, including Head of Industries and Head of CPG Business, from October 2022 to June 2023. Prior to that, Roberta was Sales Director at Iguatemi Empresa de Shopping Centers, where notable achievements included leading a team of over 30 to fulfill a five-year unmet sales goal. Roberta's experience extends to The Walt Disney Company Brasil as Diretora de Promoções e Vendas Publicitárias, and to Rede Record as Executiva de Negócios, responsible for significant sales growth. Additional roles include Gerente Executiva de Negócios at Globosat and multiple positions at Turner Brasil, which provided essential training in sales and the entertainment industry. Roberta holds a postgraduate degree in Market Communications from ESPM and is currently pursuing further studies in Neurociência e Psicologia Positiva at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná.
