Our group offers several areas of design services: with specialties in landlord & tenant improvements, single & multifamily residential, and education, government & state.  Foregoing a traditional separate studio structure, the collective is instead one integrated company creating synergistic, interdisciplinary opportunities for clients.  Their diverse background and individual strengths allow for a complimenting and encompassing experience. 

JCR believes that today’s consumer finds projects more appealing with increased flexibility and opportunities that arise from a multi-discipline approach.  Integrated designs that offer more to the end user for less effort and/or cost is a more sustainable future.  They achieve this by bridging a wide range of clientele with a proactive, out-of-the-box approach.   Maintaining a strong partnership with their clients and fully understanding their business allows them to connect these dots. 

JCR Collective not only know its clients – it knows its clients’ communities through active involvement within the South King County and South Sound areas. Its Tacoma-based office was strategically chosen due in large part to the innovative and exciting endeavors being undertaken by J Squared Investments at its Rhodes center at 950 Broadway in Tacoma.
