Mark Richard

Mark Richard is an experienced coach and business leader with a specialization in Objectives and Key Results (OKR). Currently serving as an Associate OKR Coach at JCURV since March 2024, previous roles include Practice Lead at Quantive and Co-Founder, Director, and OKR Coach at Auxin OKR, where Mark played a key role in supporting strategy execution prior to the company's acquisition. Mark's significant tenure also encompasses various management and transformation positions at Northumbria University, as well as executive roles at iFIT and several other prominent organizations. With educational credentials from the University of Oxford and Northumbria University, Mark has a strong foundation in geography and marketing.
