Layla Liu

Layla (Xiaoyan) Liu is an accomplished procurement controller with extensive experience in supply chain management, most recently working at JD.COM since June 2021. Prior to this role, Layla served as a global supply manager at Faraday Future, where responsibilities included managing sourcing and purchasing projects across various categories and leading the RFQ/SOW/PO processes. Layla also gained valuable experience as a supply chain intern at Faraday Future and as a practicum consultant at Washington University in St. Louis, focusing on distribution network optimization and risk management. Previous roles also included a supply chain analyst position at Mascon, Inc., where Layla successfully reduced freight costs and optimized inventory management. Layla holds a Master of Science in Supply Chain Management from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Marietta College.
