Lu Han has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of JD Group International HR COE and Head of HR for Southeast Asia at JD.COM since November 2011. Lu has held multiple roles within JD.COM, including Business Advisor and HR Director for both JD Logistics and the Fashion Division. Prior to this, Lu was the HR Compensation and Benefit Director at FedEx Express from June 2003 to November 2011, and an HR Manager at Walt Disney World from June 2001 to July 2002, where Lu served as a Culture Representative. Lu holds an MBA from Northern Virginia University.
