Matthew Nobbs

Matthew Nobbs is an experienced leader in the eCommerce and retail sectors, currently serving as Managing Director at Momentum Retail Consulting Limited since May 2020. Previously, Matthew held significant roles at JD.com as Managing Director & Country Manager for eCommerce in the UK, overseeing a high-performing team and enhancing delivery services. As Commercial Director and CCO at Gorillas, responsibilities included managing buying, supply chain, and eCommerce growth. Prior experience at Holland & Barrett and Lidl GB involved key trade planning and supply chain management roles, demonstrating a strong expertise in commercial excellence and strategic leadership. Matthew holds an LLB (Hons) in Law with German Law and Language from the University of West London and gained international academic experience through an Erasmus exchange at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz.
