Max Cao is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales and marketing across several industries. Currently serving as the General Manager for Sales & Marketing at JD.COM since October 2019, Max previously held the position of General Manager for Import Business at the same company from 2015 to 2019, overseeing the sourcing, selling, and marketing of various products from 39 countries. Prior to JD.COM, Max worked at Ogilvy & Mather from June 2011 to July 2015 as Director of Marketing Strategy, where recognition included being selected as one of the 25 Rising Stars in North America while developing global marketing strategies for major brands such as P&G and IBM. Max began professional career as a Research Assistant in the Real Estate Department at the Wharton School in 2007-2008 and holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from NYU Stern School of Business, earned in 2014.
