生星 is currently the Head of Organizational Development and Compensation Performance for the South China region at 京东, where they also serve as the Head of the Organizational Development and Performance module. Prior to this, 生星 held a position in Performance Management at 中国移动通信集团广东有限公司 from 2013 to 2015. They earned a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from 广西大学, where they studied from 2012 to 2014. 生星 briefly worked in a leadership role at 京东 in 2019.
