Qi Lu

Qi Lu currently serves as the Head of Supply Chain Operations for North America at JD.COM, a position held since February 2025. Prior to this role, Qi Lu was the Head of Supply Chain for North America at POIZON Global and held various leadership positions, including Director of Operations and General Manager, at GXO Logistics, Inc. Qi Lu's extensive experience at Amazon included roles as Principal Program Manager, Senior Operations Manager, and Operations Manager. Earlier experience includes operations management positions at Simplehuman and McMaster-Carr, as well as project management and formulation scientist roles at Procter & Gamble, where significant contributions were made to fragrance strategy and product development for Head & Shoulders. Qi Lu holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, and a B.S. in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from UCLA.
