Viola Kang

Viola Kang possesses extensive experience in operations and marketing, currently serving as the Head of Operations and Marketing at JD.COM's V Group since August 2019, where responsibilities include leading marketing initiatives. Prior roles include Director of Integrated Marketing at JD.COM, International Management Trainee, and a Summer Associate at Hillhouse Capital Management. Additionally, Viola has consulted as a Senior Summer Associate at Strategy& and held multiple managerial positions at Shell from 2012 to 2017, including roles as Marketing Project Manager and Territory Manager. Viola holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Master's degree in International Journalism from Renmin University of China.
