Jay Fields is the CEO of The Fields Companies and has co-founded Foxgate Capital in 2021. They are also the Founder and President of Bear Dean Capital, LLC, which specializes in investments in real estate, hospitality, and production since 2016. Previously, Jay served as the Chief Executive Officer at JD Fields & Company, Inc. from 2006 to 2018. Jay earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Southern Methodist University between 1995 and 1999.
