Carl Lepper

Carl Lepper has a diverse work experience starting from 1995. Carl worked as a Manager at Target for five years, where they managed operations in various divisions within three retail stores. From 2000 to 2002, they served as an Assistant Manager at Mikasa. Carl then joined Harbor Freight Tools as a Replenishment Coordinator from 2002 to 2004, where they controlled product flow and monitored stock allocation. Following this, Carl worked at J.D. Power, initially as a Research Scheduler in 2004. Carl improved communication between production units and research teams and performed workflow analysis to increase efficiency. Carl then became a Project Manager from 2005 to 2012, managing studies and presenting results to clients. From 2012 to 2017, they served as a Director - Industry Analyst, providing insights and recommendations to clients through data analysis and on-site presentations. Carl's most recent role at J.D. Power is Senior Director - Technology/Media/Telecom Practice, where they support telecommunications providers. Additionally, they held the position of Director - Delivery Product Manager - Utilities Intelligence, managing clients, syndicated studies, and generating sales.
