Dawn Smith

Dawn Smith is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in revenue management and accounts receivable. Currently serving as a Senior Revenue Accountant at J.D. Power and Associates since April 2007, Dawn oversees the Order to Cash process for multiple countries, including the US, Canada, Brazil, Mexico, and Germany, while managing both internal billing teams and an outsourced provider for global cash application and collections. Prior to this role, Dawn held accounts payable positions at P.S. Business Parks, Citysearch, and Silgan Containers Corporation, and actively contributes as a volunteer with Dan Martin Golf, supporting fundraising initiatives for scholarships for underprivileged children in Ventura County.
