Mark Garrett has extensive work experience in the research and analytics field. Mark worked at J.D. Power from November 2004 to present, starting as a Research Manager and eventually becoming the Director of Insurance Industry Analytics. In this role, Mark managed all analytic activities for personal-lines claims and presented study findings to executive-level audiences. Mark also presented at numerous client meetings and industry conferences. Prior to J.D. Power, Mark worked as a Market Research Analyst at DTE Energy from November 2000 to November 2004.
Mark Garrett obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Madonna University between 1995 and 1999.
