Mark Spears

Mark Spears is the President of BenchMark Performance Group, LLC, specializing in transforming businesses into benchmarks within their respective industries since March 2022. Additionally, Mark serves as a JD Power Consultant from May 2022. Prior to this, Mark held the role of Vice President of Corporate Leasing at Park National Bank from May 2017 to May 2022, focusing on business leasing, portfolio expansion, and training for sustainable processes. Mark also served as Vice President and Leasing Executive at Park National Bank and as Regional Training Director at Sonic Automotive, where responsibilities included performance analysis, training implementation, and team leadership. Earlier in the career, Mark was the National Training Manager responsible for change management and associate development, and began as a Client Specialist at Century BMW/Sonic Automotive. Mark holds a degree from Bob Jones University, obtained between January 1981 and May 1985.
