Brett Grossman

Brett Grossman is a software engineer with extensive experience in full stack development, currently employed at JD Software since October 2018, where Brett plays a leading role in developing licensing software for multiple departments of the Massachusetts state government. Prior to this role, Brett worked part-time at The UPS Store from April 2011 to October 2018, providing customer service, facilitating monetary transactions, training new employees, and managing store operations. Additionally, Brett completed internships as an IT Service Desk Intern at Harvard University Graduate School of Education and iRobot in early 2018 and early 2017, respectively, where responsibilities included resolving support tickets, managing active directories, and deploying computer systems. Brett holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Wentworth Institute of Technology, obtained between 2014 and 2018.
