Of course! Here are some recent examples of cases I’ve handled ranging from tragic Wrongful Death cases to large dockets of everyday car accidents.

Wrongful Death

Young Middle School Child Hit & Killed by Truck While Walking Home After Class:
Attorney for parents who tragically lost their young son when he was struck and killed by a vehicle during his walk home from school.

Negligent Security At Apartment Complex Resulting in Murder:
Represented  the family of a young man who was shot and killed in the parking lot of an apartment complex. The apartment complex knew about frequent violent crime in the area but failed to provide adequate security to protect its tenants.

Dram Shop / Premises Liability Death:
Fought  for the family of a father who died at a bar & grill when the bartender closed up and left the intoxicated individual overnight in the bar while suffering from alcohol poisoning. Sadly, the dad of five was found dead on the bar patio the next day.

Personal Injury

18-Wheeler and Company Vehicle Accidents:
Counsel for two men seriously  injured in a head-on collision caused by a reckless 18-Wheeler truck driver who was driving while distractedly scrolling through his cell phone before crashing into oncoming traffic without warning.

Represented numerous clients who  were injured in crashes caused by negligent drivers of tractor trailers, semi-trucks, 18 wheelers, and company vehicles. From two tractor-trailers in a head-on collision resulting in death of one of the drivers to a serious accident  involving a Motorcycle and Tractor driven by a mechanic without a CDL.

Represented numerous clients in car accidents that resulted in a wide variety of injuries including whiplash, back pain, neck and shoulder pain, and various musculoskeletal and soft tissue injuries. Often, car wreck victims will also need medical treatment for pai
