Peter Patten

As the Program Manager for one of the Tax Preparation teams at JDA TSG, Peter is responsible for exceeding the clients’ expectations by developing and maintaining a team of seasonal tax preparers. In that role, he provides direction for the team members to meet predefined goals. He is also responsible for managing the team, tracking performance data, and finding opportunities for operational improvements.

Peter’s background includes work with business technologies. He’s skilled at organizing data and learning how to make the most of the technology to meet his objectives. Peter can easily break large projects down and focus on the smaller tasks at hand to avoid becoming overwhelmed. In that way, he can trust the process rather than slowing progress by worrying about the final outcome.
