Andrew Smith is a Senior Technical Leader at Daemon Defense, where they oversee IT operations and lead mentorship strategies to cultivate the next generation of industry leaders. With nearly a decade of experience across various sectors—including education, healthcare, and sports—they have managed numerous large-scale projects, such as those for the Winnipeg Football Club and Canada’s Diversity Gardens. Prior to their current role, Andrew served as Vice President of Information Technology for the JDC West Undergraduate Business Case Competitions in 2021 and 2022. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Manitoba, earned in 2021.
