Nikki Madison

Nikki Madison serves as Corporate Counsel at Johnson Development Corp since August 2022 and holds a position as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Houston since December 2021. As an Attorney and Consultant at Baker Madison PLLC since September 2019, Nikki has extensive experience in legal counsel roles, including serving as Legal Counsel at MD Madison Construction, LLC from October 2020 to August 2022 and District Counsel for the U.S. Small Business Administration in 2019. Nikki brings a strong background in public finance from tenure as Senior Associate Attorney at Bates & Coleman, PC from May 2008 to August 2018 and has entrepreneurial experience as the General Attorney, Principal, and Founder of Advanced Title Solutions, LLC from 2004 to 2008. Early legal experience includes serving as a Judicial Law Clerk for the 19th Judicial District Court in East Baton Rouge. Nikki's educational credentials include a JD from Southern University Law Center and a BA in Political Science from Southern University and Agricultural and Mechanical College. Additionally, military service with the Louisiana Army National Guard includes multiple honors and medals.
