Andy Chen is a seasoned production and operations professional with a strong background in the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Production Manager for both Non Dairy Creamer and Mix & Pack at JDE Peet's since March 2021, Andy brings valuable experience from previous roles, including Operations Manager at Kimberly-Clark and First Line Manager at AstraZeneca. Throughout a career that began in manufacturing engineering at Heatcraft Worldwide Refrigeration, Andy has consistently focused on enhancing efficiency and quality, as well as driving performance improvements and compliance. Andy holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering Thermophysics from the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology.
