Cindy Gravemaker

Cindy Gravemaker is currently the Plant Director at JDE Peet's, a position they have held since 2025. With a robust background in the food and medical sectors, Cindy previously served as Site Director for Nutricia in both Liverpool and Cuijk, where they managed product development and the transition to a new factory. They also held multiple roles at Danone, including Global Purchasing Director and Operations Director for Medical Devices. Earlier in their career, Cindy worked as a Product Development Engineer at Van Leer Metallized Products and Avery Dennison. They earned a degree in Chemical Engineering from Hogeschool van Amsterdam.
