David Sin

David Sin is currently a Spray Drying R&D Process Development Expert at JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS, where they apply over 10 years of experience to the dairy industry as a Project Director managing multi-million euro projects. They previously served as a Project Director at GEA Process Engineering Pty Ltd, overseeing significant projects across South East Asia, Japan, and South Korea, and held senior engineering roles at Tetra Pak Processing UK Ltd and Aurecon, providing technical solutions for global clients. David earned a BE (Hons) in Chemical and Process Engineering from the University of Canterbury and has also studied Chemical Engineering at Purdue University.
