Fabien Simon

Fabien Simon has held various leadership roles in finance and corporate strategy, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Board Member at JDE Peet's since August 2014, where responsibilities also include Group CFO, Strategy, and M&A. Other notable positions include Chairman at NVA Compassion-First from May 2020 to October 2023, Non-Executive Director at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. from March 2019 to September 2020, and Partner and CFO at JAB Holdings from January 2019 to September 2020. Prior experience encompasses significant roles at Mars from 2001 to 2014, including Vice President and CFO Petcare Europe, and Finance Director at Valeo from 1993 to 2001.
