Sofie Vanderhaeghe has a diverse background in talent facilitation and learning and development, currently serving as a Talent en Organisatie Facilitator at JDI since March 2016. Previously, Sofie worked at De Persgroep from April 2013 to March 2016 as a Learning en Development medewerker. Prior roles include communication and marketing internships at Mediahuis nv in 2012 and 2013. Sofie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communicatiemanagement from Erasmushogeschool Brussel and a secondary education diploma in Humane Wetenschappen - Talen from Koninklijk Atheneum De Ring Leuven.
