Josh Bayless

Josh Bayless has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. Josh began their career in the restaurant industry, working their way up to Assistant General Manager at Cousins Submarines. Josh then transitioned into sales, working as a Sales Agent at Landstar, where they gained valuable account management skills. Following this, they worked at AT&T as a Store Sales Manager before moving to Equips as a Solutions Advisor. Josh then took on roles at Cousins Submarines as a Training Specialist and at State Farm as an Insurance and Financial Products Professional. Subsequently, they worked at The Starr Group as a Personal Risk Manager, Zywave as a Product Trainer II and Account Executive, and currently holds the position of DeRisking and Insurance Specialist at JDi before moving up to Sales Manager and Director of Sales. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong work ethic, a knack for connecting with people, and a willingness to adapt to new industries.

Josh Bayless attended Shawnee Mission East High School from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Josh then pursued Business Administration and Management at The University of Kansas in 2006-2007. Later from 2010 to 2012, they attended UW-Milwaukee at Waukesha, focusing on Education and Business. Additionally, they hold certifications in Life and Health Insurance Licensing and Property and Casualty Insurance License from the State of Wisconsin.
