Larry Akinsooto

Larry Akinsooto has worked in the IT industry since 1999. Larry began their career as a Technical Consultant at Computer Design & Integration, LLC. In 2005, they became Managing Partner of Infrastructure Services at iPartners. In 2011, they joined ACTIVE Health Management, Inc. as Senior Consultant - Network & Security Infrastructure. In 2013, they began working at JDL Group as Executive Vice President - Sales & IT Operations and Security & Network Practice Manager. Throughout their career, they have provided strategic leadership for technical sales and solutions teams, driven revenue growth, led teams of engineers and consultants in the design and integration of various network and security solutions, and served as lead architect for all network and security design, standardization, implementation and documentation.

Larry Akinsooto obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University between 1985 and 1990. Larry also holds certifications as a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)², a Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert Storage Networking (CCIE) from Cisco, and a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer: Security (MCSE) from Microsoft.
