JDL Recruitment is a boutique data centre construction recruitment agency, working across EMEA and North America.

Founded in 2020 to move away from the high-volume, KPI-led model that dominates the rest of the industry. We take fewer roles than most, and we place the ones we take. Boutique by design.

We work with developers, consultancies, contractors and suppliers, recruiting across the full project lifecycle: design, construction, commissioning and operations. From mid-level engineers through to programme directors and C-suite.

If you're hiring in the data centre space and want a partner who'll tell you what's actually going on in the market rather than just push CVs, get in touch. If you're a candidate weighing up a move, the same offer applies. We'll take the call when it suits you, not just inside office hours.
