Becs Baker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management and client relations. Currently serving as the Global Head of Talent & HR at JDO Global since October 2024, Becs previously held the position of Head of Talent at Pearlfisher, where leadership in talent acquisition, employee development, and inclusion significantly contributed to the agency's success. Becs also excelled as a Client Director, driving account growth and managing substantial client projects at Pearlfisher.
