Faisal Menir

Faisal Menir is an experienced professional in the field of Identity and Access Management and Information Security. Currently serving as the IGA Engineering Lead at JD Sports Fashion since September 2025, Faisal previously held the position of Identity and Access Management Lead at Asda from August 2021 to September 2025, where responsibilities included managing IAM across the Asda tenant with a focus on Entra ID and SailPoint. Additional experience includes roles as an Information Security Consultant at FDM Group, SOC Analyst at Lloyd's, and IAM Specialist at Lloyds Banking Group. Faisal holds a Master’s degree in Security, Terrorism, and Insurgency from the University of Leeds and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Leeds Beckett University.
