Jeff Gray currently serves as Vice President of Store Development at JD Sports Fashion, responsible for overseeing construction, property management, design, and procurement for JD North America, including the brands Hibbett, JD Sports, and Finish Line. Prior to this, Gray held various leadership positions at Hibbett Sports from September 1990 to December 2024, including Vice President of Store Development and VP Real Estate, where significant contributions were made to the expansion of the brand, with almost 1,000 new Hibbett locations opened. Gray's extensive experience also includes roles as Real Estate Manager and District Manager, along with an early career as a General Manager and part-time sales associate. Education was completed at Jacksonville State University between 1988 and 2002.
