Lucy Coates is a marketing professional with extensive experience in brand marketing and campaign management. Currently serving as a Senior Partner Brand Marketing Executive for adidas at JD Sports Fashion since November 2025, Lucy previously worked at THG from September 2023 to November 2025 as an Assistant Brand Manager, leading brand campaigns and influencer collaborations. Earlier roles included Brand Marketing Executive and Graduate Brand Marketing Executive, where Lucy successfully re-launched the Barbour People campaign during a digital marketing placement. Lucy holds a BA (Hons) in Marketing Management from Northumbria University, completed in 2023, and attended Queen Elizabeth School in Kirkby Lonsdale prior to higher education.
