Mark Smith

Mark Smith is an experienced professional in software testing and quality assurance, currently serving as Programme Test Architect and OAT Manager at JD Sports Fashion plc since November 2015. Prior to this role, Mark held positions at JD Williams / N Brown Group as Senior OAT / Performance Test Analyst and Test Analyst / Defect Manager from November 2011 to October 2015. Mark also served as Defect Manager at Lloyds Banking Group for a brief period in 2011 and worked as Test Manager at BT from May 2008 to December 2010. Earlier in Mark’s career, a significant tenure at Initial Wipers from January 1995 to January 2008 was marked by the role of IT, Quality and Safety Manager.
