Mike Kay is currently the Group Profit & Asset Protection Manager at JD Sports Fashion and also serves as the Head of Inbound & Returns at GXO Logistics, Inc. Previously, Mike held various positions at JD Sports Fashion plc from 2014 to 2016, progressing from Returns & Stock Control Op to Store Floor Manager and later to Stock Control Profit Protection Compliance. Between 2020 and 2021, Mike was the Audit Team Lead at Pentland Brands and began their career as an Apprentice Plumber at Chilton Plumbing & Heating LTD from 2009 to 2011. Mike is currently pursuing further education at Mount Saint Joseph.
