Régis Schultz

Régis Schultz is an accomplished retail executive with extensive leadership experience across various renowned companies. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of JD Sports Fashion plc since September 2022, Régis previously held the position of President of Retail at Al-Futtaim, where the focus was on expanding the presence of global retail brands in the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. Prior to that, Régis was the Chairman and CEO of Monoprix, leading a significant retail player in France, and also served as CEO of the Darty Group, driving a strategic plan to foster growth in multi-channel sales. Additional leadership roles include CEO of BUT, CFO/Commercial Director at B&Q, and various positions within Kingfisher and Castorama. Régis began a career in finance as Financial Director at Pernod-Ricard. Education includes an MBA in Corporate Finance and Financial Management from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL.
