Robert Weeks

Robert Weeks serves as the Chief Engineer at JDR Cable Systems, where responsibilities include leading the technical strategy and managing Principal Engineers to enhance the company’s Energy portfolio. With a rich history at JDR, Robert has held various roles, including Principal Engineer, Sales Manager, and Lead Engineer, demonstrating expertise in subsea technologies and renewable energy projects. Before joining JDR, Robert gained experience as a Project Engineer at Mars, focusing on efficient design solutions, and as an Anti-Corrosion Coating Specialist at K Blasting. Robert holds a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cambridge and is a Chartered Engineer with the Institution of Mechanical Engineers.
