Roger DeBelly is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in mechanical and electrical design, project management, and facility operations. Currently a Partner at JDRM Engineering, Inc. since November 2008, Roger manages project design teams and conducts energy studies. Previously, as Vice President at HT Bernsdorff, Inc. from 1996 to 2008, responsibilities included overseeing mechanical and electrical design and business administration. Roger also served as Director of Plant Operations at St. Francis Health Care Centre, managing facility operations and regulatory compliance from 1993 to 1995. Early career experience includes engineering roles at Brooke & Choporis, Inc. from 1983 to 1993, focusing on design for commercial and industrial facilities. Roger holds a BSME degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from The Ohio State University.

The current staff of 43 employees includes: 20 engineers, 9 of whom are registered Professional Engineers; 5 Registered Communication Distribution Designers; 1 ESS Designer; 1 CESCP Certified Electrical Safety Compliance; 1 NICET level III and 4 LEED Accredited Professionals. Located at 5604 N. Main Street in Sylvania, Ohio (a suburb of Toledo, Ohio), JDRM Engineering is ideally positioned to serve your facility engineering needs in Ohio and Michigan. In 1995 JDRM Engineering, Inc. was formed with the merger of principals, staff, and business interests of separate mechanical and electrical firms.
