Thao Eison

Thao Eison has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Thao started their career as a Fashion PR Intern at Maguire Steele in 2009. Thao then joined Ralph Lauren in 2012 and held various roles including Sales and Service Manager, Assistant Merchandiser, Associate Merchandiser, and Woven's Merchandiser, working with different product lines and divisions. In 2018, they joined Bold as an On Site New Development Leasing Agent. Thao then transitioned to Compass in 2019, where they served as an On Site New Development and Tenant Relations Manager for the American Copper Buildings. Thao is currently working at JDS Development Group as a Sales and Leasing Manager since April 2022. Thao's broad work experience reflects their adaptability and expertise in sales, leasing, tenant relations, merchandising, and fashion PR.

Thao Eison has an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Fashion Merchandising from the Fashion Institute of Technology. Additionally, Thao Eison holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication and Media Studies from George Mason University. Thao Eison has also obtained certifications as a Real Estate Salesperson from Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate in Virginia in January 2021 and from Compass in New York in July 2018.
